This image was sent in by Algy Metcalfe - who has two Great Uncles named on the memorial. They are William METCAFE and James C.T. WOOLER. Algy's grandfather (William Henry METCALFE) also joined up and performed duty as a Driver with the A.S.C. (Army Service Corps) with the 10th Service Battalion, Duke of Wellington's West Riding Regiment. Have you seen the medals to any of these soldiers? If so, Algy would like to hear from you.
