Missing Medals

I am searching for the RFM (Reserve Forces Medal) and ADM (Australian Defence Medal of Rodney G. WICKS. The Reserve Forces Medal has 3 clasps, the Second clasp is GOLD. This medal has the service number of 2240993. The Australian Defence Medal bears the service number 8237504. The medals were lost on ANZAC day 2004, in the vicinity of the NEATH Hotel in New South Wales, Australia. Any assistance in helping my family to recover these missing military service medals would be greatly appreciated. I have made a duplicate listing under the other service number, but they both relate to the same medal set.

The First World War Embarkation Roll indicates that he left Sydney on the 12th of May, 1915 aboard HMAT Themistocles (A32) as part of the 17th Infantry Battalion. At this time, he was serving under the serial number of 255, however at some time, his serial number was altered to 4049 and this is reflected in his service record on the National Archives of Australia file. This was possibly as a result of his transfer to the 4th Field Company Engineers (4 FCE). Subsequently, I have duplicated this request under both service numbers, as I am not sure what numbers are stamped on each individual war medal. He was awarded the 1914-15 Star, British War Medal, and Victory Medal. The medals were lost in a recent removal and my family would be very grateful for their return, should somebody have found them.

The World War Two Nominal Roll indicates that he enlisted into the Second AIF on the 10th of December, 1942 and discharged on the 20th of December, 1945. I am searching for the Second World War medals of Lance Sergeant Oswald Lance Wilfred Septimus FAIRBROTHER. He was born on the 2nd of January, 1917 in Hyde Park, South Australia. According to the World War Two Nominal Roll, he enlisted in to the Second AIF on the 20th of October, 1939. He served with the 2/10th Infantry Battalion. Sadly, he died on the 27th of August, 1942. According to the CWGC (Commonwealth War Graves Commission) records, he is buried in the Bomana War Cemetery (New Guinea). He was awarded the D.C.M. as a result of his actions at Pozieres on the 25th of July, 1916. He returned to Australia during 1917 as a result of a gun shot wound to the legs. I am searching for the Second World War medals of Petty Officer William Bethel FOX. He was born on the 8th of March, 1918 at Avoca in Ireland and according to the World War Two Nominal Roll, he enlisted into the RAN (Royal Australian Navy) on the 12th of September, 1934. He was a career sailor and discharged on the 16th of March, 1948. The missing war medals consist of the 1939-45 Star, the Atlantic Star, Pacific Star, the 1939-1945 War Medal and the 1939-1945 Australia Service Medal. These medals went missing about 30 Years ago. This soldier landed at Gallipoli on the 25th of April, 1915 (first day lander) and sadly, he was posted as 'missing' by the 2nd of May. This posting was eventually and officially changed to "Killed In Action" after a court of inquiry. The Commonwealth War Graves records (CWGC) indicate that he has no known grave and his name is recorded on the Lone Pine Memorial at Gallipoli. Any assistance in helping me to recover this missing Death Plaque would be greatly appreciated.
