A British born interpretor adn motor expert of Melbourne. He returned to Australia on the 21st of July, 1917 suffering from shell shock during the battle of Pozieres.

The son of Frederick and Alice Simpson of Uxbridge, Middlesex. 1914/15 Star is un-named, BWM and Victory Medal are engraved with Lt. F.R.Simpson.
